Pastor Debra is the co-creator and pastor of GracePointe Church. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

Her passion is to invest in relationships that will draw others closer to God and into His family. Debra knows that in this world, we are all facing tough situations and that we don’t always make the best choices. But she believes that with God, all things are possible, even straightening out our messed up lives. And we are never too messed up for God.

 

She is married to Scott Tadlock. They live in Belmont, North Carolina. They have five adult sons, two adult stepchildren, and fifteen grandchildren.

 

Debra has a lifelong background in music, having sung professionally for many years. She continues to use this gift from God by singing from time to time with the praise team. During any spare time that she may have, she continues to enjoy singing, dancing (she and her husband are beach music shaggers), reading, spending time at the beach and spending time with family.

Debra has spent many years teaching the Bible through various Bible studies, many of which she has written, and this is a passion of hers. To make sure people know the Lord and also to grow in relationship with Him. Debra also enjoys counseling with people, helping them to understand that we are all broken and in need of our Savior.
